Here at Essential Compassion, LLC, we focus on 'Giving Yourself The GREEN LIGHT to... GrOw ✨️!' And we do that by fostering/nurturing a safe and productive space mentally and emotionally for our clients to....

1.) Discuss desired goals for each coaching plan as it relates to their desired level of Mental Wellness (this level is unique to each client), a positive mindset and empowerment to be able to confidently manage daily and situational stressors, improve decision making skills and communication skills as each client navigate each objective put in place to help each client accomplish and maintain specific mental wellness and mindset goals over the next several weeks to months (depending on each individual plan!), each plan is unique to each client!

2.) Address any and every barrier existing between each client and their desired level of Mental Wellness and Positive Mindset and work towards overcoming each barrier discussed TOGETHER!

3.) Receive overall support, encouragement and accountability along the way via Coach! (Meaning I, Coach Jalissa, will support, encourage and empower each client as they navigate each barrier and work towards overcoming each barrier discussed in session(s) as they work towards accomplishing their set goals)!

4.) M E E T AND A C C O M P L I S H EACH GOAL and OBJECTIVE discussed and created; revealing a noticeably improved state of mental well-being/wellness, a MORE positive mindset and overall feelings of achievement, empowerment and accomplishment!!!

Essential Compassion(EC) Communities:

In each community there are a group of individuals/clients who are all on the same journey of success for the length of time you are committed to for unique support and encouragement among your peers! Joining each community will give you an additional BOOST to build on success and the support to continue moving forward in a positive manner!

Online Classes/Courses:

Purchasing a second and/or third course is optional, beneficial, but optional! If you believe you would further benefit from a second or third course after completing a first or second course you are more than welcome to purchase the next course!

I am Jalissa Gardner, Owner and Founder of Essential Compassion, LLC! I help driven, and determined individuals like yourself improve your confidence via Mental Wellness and Mindset Coaching so that you are able to master the most important things in your life by improving your mental and emotional well-being and mindset FIRST!!

A little about me!! I am a Certified Life Coach and Mother of two! I have an Associate's degree in Health Science and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology! I am actively working in the Mental Health field with 5+ years of experience working with individuals with Mental health challenges and seeing measurable positive results and change within their lives as it relates to their mental health and well-being, with my help! I am a Mental Health Advocate who encourages everyone that I encounter to prioritize their Mental Health and well-being, and to utilize any and all of the support offered by Mental Health professionals, support in the community, and within their own group of family and friends! It truly takes A VILLAGE (strong supportive network of individuals) to improve and maintain one's MENTAL HEALTH! AND I AM HERE TO BE APART OF THAT VILLAGE!!!
