Hi! Coach J here!
Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!
As we may have already become aware of_Life is full of crossroads—moments where we ask ourselves: Do I hold on and keep pushing, or is it time to release and let go? This question surfaces in relationships, careers, habits, and even in our mindset. Learning the art of discernment between holding on and letting go is not just a skill—it’s a practice in wisdom, balance, and honoring your well-being.
---
The Power of Holding On...
Holding on is essential when what you’re nurturing aligns with your values, goals, and deeper sense of purpose. Sometimes, perseverance is the very thing that leads us to growth and transformation!!
Ask yourself:
Does this align with who I want to be?
Will holding on strengthen me in the long run?
Am I fueled by hope, not just fear of change?
When your answers connect to hope, growth, and alignment with your higher self, holding on can be an act of courage.
---
The Freedom of Letting Go!
Letting go is not failure—it’s wisdom. It’s acknowledging that some things, people, or paths are not meant to continue in your story.
Consider letting go when:
You’re drained more than you’re inspired.
You’re staying out of fear, obligation, or guilt.
Growth feels impossible in the current situation.
Letting go creates space—space for healing, new opportunities, and peace!

How to Discern Between the Two!
Discernment requires honesty and presence. Here are a few guiding practices:
1. Pause and Reflect – Sit with the situation. Journaling or meditating can reveal what your deeper self already knows.
2. Check for Alignment – Does this align with your core values and long-term vision?
3. Listen to Your Energy – Do you feel consistently drained, or do you feel stretched but hopeful/supported?
4. Seek Wise Counsel – Sometimes clarity comes through trusted mentors, therapists, coaches, or loved ones!
5. Trust Your Inner Wisdom and learned lessons – Your intuition and past experiences often whisper the truth/reality before your mind is ready to accept it.

Living the Balance...
The true art is recognizing that both holding on and letting go are acts of strength. Holding on teaches perseverance. Letting go teaches trust. Both are pathways to growth!
.....As you walk through your daily life, remember: You have the power to choose what stays and what goes. And in that choice lies your freedom, your peace, and your future!
